Grammy Winner Marc Anthony Lists His Luxurious Miami Apartment for $11.4M

An 8,400-square-foot luxury condominium in a residential tower in Miami recently hit the market for $11.4 million. The condo is owned by an LLC with reported ties to singer-songwriter Marc Anthony.

Anthony, whose given name is Marco Antonio Muñiz, bought the place in 2021 for $11 million. The following year, the unit returned to the market for $14 million—a price that was reduced multiple times before landing at its current ask.

The listing is represented by John Parsiani Parsiani Real Estate, with Bozana Cavar as the buyers agent.

The two-time Grammy and six-time Latin Grammy winner has sold more than 12 million albums worldwide. He’s also sold numerous properties over the years, with the most recent one being his $22.4 million Coral Gables compound in 2021. He paid $19 million for the home in 2019.

The five-bedroom, 6.5-bath Miami home is a standalone work of art designed by renowned architect Zaha Hadid, who died in 2016. Interior designer Castillon Van Ham was also involved in the project.

“This Zaha Hadid exclusive masterpiece is one of only four in the world,” Parsiani says.

The home boasts an office, a gym, multiple oversized terraces, and a private elevator. Top-of-the-line appliances and finishes from Poliform Kitchen, Gaggenau, and Sub-Zero—plus lighting by Petzold and Crestron—give the place a thoroughly upscale feel.

The light-filled apartment comes with unparalleled views of Biscayne Bay, courtesy of its many floor-to-ceiling windows. The residence also includes exclusive access to a number of five-star amenities, including a helipad, spa facilities, and a state-of-the art fitness center. According to the Real Deal, power couple David and Victoria Beckham also live in the building.

And conveniently, the property is just a five-minute walk from the city’s top destinations, including Miami Beach, Brickell Financial District, and Wynwood.
