I am Chris Pessy, a leading International Real Estate & Mortgage Executive, primarily focused in Miami, Silicon Valley, and LA/Orange Counties. Over the past 23 years, I have successfully funded and closed over $2.25 billion in Real Estate Transactions/Fundings and am the number one lending partner with Deleon Realty, WSJ’s #1 Realtor in the World.

 

Mortgage Executive Magazine has credited me as being in the top 1% of Mortgage Originators in America, and I received the Scotsman Guide Top Originator Award in 2021. I also hold a #1 rating with various other highly regarded publications.

 

As the son of a decorated war veteran, I embodied the courage, strength, and stamina of a warrior from an early age. I stepped into my business adventures with just a computer, working in the humble surroundings of a friend’s apartment living room.

 

As an active philanthropist, I actively join my friends Andrea & Veronica Bocelli to raise awareness and support their Andrea Bocelli Foundation (ABF), which empowers people and communities suffering from disease, poverty, and social exclusion.

 

With a magnetic personality and an innate ability to connect with others, I am a master of building and nurturing relationships. My impressive networking prowess allows me to effortlessly navigate diverse social settings and seamlessly forge meaningful connections with individuals from all walks of life.

 

As a partner with one of the world's leading internationally acclaimed award-winning chefs, Mr. Michael Mina, I enjoy organizing, hosting, and uplifting like-minded folks at any of our 29 restaurants globally.

 

I have brought together and been in rooms with visionaries, car enthusiasts, world-leading CEOs, and inspired multitudes of people from artists to technologists, private equity, and hospitality restaurant leaders for over 30 years.

 

Inspired by my mother's unwavering integrity, I am passionate about serving others' best interests. I actively support Big Brothers of America to aid young men from single-parent homes. My commitment to health and fitness translates into relentless energy for my clients, real estate partners, and global professional contacts.

 

My outstanding networking and communication skills have been instrumental in my professional success, catapulting me into being in the top 1% of my industry.

 

Why did I expand to Miami? I love the lifestyle and energy in Miami. I chose to expand my real estate services from Silicon Valley and San Francisco to the vibrant Miami markets for several compelling reasons. I started doing business in Miami in 2005, and my heart was immediately connected. Miami’s real estate market has since experienced a notable surge in demand and growth, offering lucrative opportunities for investors and property developers. The city's thriving economy, diverse culture, and desirable climate make it an attractive destination for both domestic and international buyers.

 

Additionally, Miami's real estate market provides a diverse range of properties, from luxury waterfront residences to trendy urban developments, catering to a broad spectrum of clientele, which resonates with me. By diversifying my real estate portfolio to include Miami, I aim to tap into an ever-expanding international market with immense potential for growth, capitalize on the unique lifestyle offerings of the region, and establish a more extensive and dynamic presence in our ever-evolving real estate industry.

 

I am a use case. Period. I had the worst experience professionally as a buyer when trying to purchase real estate here. I personally "lost out" on a multi-million-dollar property on the Venetian Islands in 2001 due to inept and poor service from a realtor. Opportunity cost: Valuation is now up 51% in 2024, and naturally, I lost my interest rate of 2.875%. Clients deserve the double-wide red-carpet service they deserve.

(“MIAMI”), a not-for-profit trade association, is the voice for real estate, influencing and shaping the industry, and is devoted to being the business and public policy advocate for REALTORS®. MIAMI meetings and events often include real estate professionals and other industry stakeholders who compete with each other or work for competing businesses. MIAMI is committed to conducting all meetings and events in a professional, ethical, and lawful manner, including adherence to all antitrust laws. This ensures pro-consumer, pro-competitive marketplaces that facilitate the sale of real estate. To that end, the topics of this event or meeting will focus on advancing the interests real estate professionals and consumers of real estate services, increasing competition, reducing risk for all parties involved in real estate transactions, and sharing insights on business best practices.
